Default Two for the price of one

I shot this shot of my daughter not knowing i had caught her reflection in the window. The camera i was using did not have all the data to give you. My question is a silly one but does the drool pose a problem in the shot or is it ok to include it. I might have wiped her mouth if i had considered it a problem.

Drooling is what littlies do best - there's no problem with it being there.

If the image was a studio shot I would have gone for a quick wipe, but this is a candid shot. If you had cleaned up, you would have missed the moment.

It's a beautiful image of a beautiful child. Drool and all. My only comment would be to crop out the poll on the right.

Great capture. I like how the reflection actually looks like it is looking at the camera.

Candids of your own kiddos are the best. If a portrait from someone else I would give them the option of some clean up or not, but for my own kids I love the naturalness and innocence of the moment. I want my personal photos of my kids to be good, but also rekindle memories 20, 30 and 40 years into the future. The drool does that.

The reflection is a really cool bonus. Some cleanup on the window and cropping (i.e. pole) would work without reducing the candid moment.

Great moment capture!
