Default Corner Reach

Hey everyone, I took this picture of my sister about a month ago. It was a really bright afternoon although we tried to stay out of direct sunlight so she is squinting and has shadows on her face. Any suggestions of how to fix that without going inside or waiting until the sun went down more, and opinions on the angle it was shot at would be great. Thanks !

Default just one opinion...

just one opinion...and a newbie at that . i found the angle and hand stretched out distracting and almost made me a little dizzy somehow lol.

so here's my stab at it purely for a visual example and i already deleted your image from my computer...but i just selected the face and uped the exposure slide a little and a tighter crop. then corrected perspective a little...
