Hi there -- I am new to the forum and I am looking forward to your C&C. I took this today of my little girl, Charlie. What are your thoughts??

Great picture. I'm no expert, but my first impression is that the primary focal point should be the feet, the secondary should be the face. I think bringing them closer together may help. If you get lower, the babies feet will be loser to the face. Adorable picture!

I agree that the crop is too tight - I don't like that the knees are out of the pic. Because it is a shot of her discovering her feet, I too would prefer her face to be in focus.
The compostion is gorgeous though! Big soft spot for other little girls with the same as my own too hehe....
