![]() click to view larger Canon 550D Canon 17-55 f/2.8 1/13 sec, f/2.8, ISO 800 Shot this picture at a fair last night. The girl was looking the other way and her back was turned to me. I knew that she will turn towards me any time, so I got the camera focused on her head and waited. Eventually she did turn and found me photographing her. So there was wonder in her eyes and she stared intently into the camera. That's when I clicked. But her skirt and the toys in her hand continued the swirling motion due to momentum. As you see the speed was 1/13 sec i.e. slow enough to catch the motion blur. Some of the clutter in bg (upper right corner) has been cloned out. Relatively sharp and motion blurred parts in same picture - does it work? Did not use flash although available light was low. That's why ISO 800. Any comment?
