I love the light in his hair. I think it would be more interesting if you could see his instrament. The picture makes me very curious as to what instrament he is playing... piano, violyn?

shoot him practicing I will try to get the guitar in the shot all so.

I really like the idea behind the shot.

The bright spot in the lower left keeps attracting my eye, taking it off of the subject.

You might want to try removing it, (I placed a piece of paper over this part on my screen) and see if it brings your eye back to the center of the sheet music and head profile.

Once you do that, I think you will be surprised at the difference.

I really like it. I agree with the poster who said to get rid of the bright spots in the left.
