Default a photo from a traditional palace in Surakarta - Indonesia

I photograph this during my trip to the ancient king od Surakarta palace. he was the former king's soldier. please let me know what to improve. Thanks



Canon 7D with 24 105mm lens on f/4 with ISO 100.

My two cents.

Lower the brightness of his head wear and slight touch up on his eyes. Sample for illustration purposes.

Partly no one responded because it's a great picture ( ) and we weren't sure what you wanted us to focus on. It really is a neat picture. I like the B&W conversion.

thanks I haven't been satisfied with the photo. I felt like something needs to be done, but don't know what that is.. maybe I just need more practice
