The first thing I thought of when I saw it was, severed head. She has a head, but no body to put it in context. It looks like its floating there. The mans head and shoulders take up almost the whole frame, then there is this other head stuck in the corner. If they are both the subject, they should take up somewhat equal amounts of the frame. There is also a huge difference in skin tone between the two. She looks very pale and white, almost blueish. I would try warming her up a bit to match the man's skin tone or at least getting her closer.

I echo the above comments with its skin tone color, composition and framing.

I warmed it up and added a red lipstick color to bring emphasis back to the female subject. Sample for illustration purposes.

I agree 100% with what has been said already (glad to see others see the same problems I do) in addition he has some major raccoon eye going on, and his right shoulder is pointing directly at the viewer which makes for a static pose.

I appreciate all the feedback, thank you! I will rework the image and see what I can do. The composition things I will keep in mind for subsequent shoots, as I can't exactly fix that in this one. And yes, there is a significant difference in skin tone between them, she is very, very pale. I'll work it a bit to warm her up some, but I'd like to keep it realistic looking as well. Thank you!
