Welcome to DPS.

Since the eye tends to go to brighter areas first, and the background is brighter than the subjects, my eye is going to that first. Also, I'd have preferred to have the negative space to the left of the subjects instead of to the right - that way they'd be looking into the negative space instead of out of the photograph. That would have given you less power lines as well... good work otherwise.

I agree the couple would be better on the right of the picture than the left; perhaps the right half could simply be cropped off? I'm no expert though...

It appears to me you were shooter # 2 in this image, and the couple was looking at shooter # 1 when this capture was made.

Nice feel to the shot. I do find the power lines distracting. I agree it would have been a better composition to have them on the right third of the image, rather than the left.

Yes, you are correct; I am shooter #2 in training. Though I thought there was a nice charm to them looking away from the camera as though they were looking back at the road they had been traveling.

I see what everyone is saying about being on the right side. I will keep that in mind the next time! Thank you all for your feedback

I'm wondering if anyone thinks this photo is overexposed. Or is this just fine?
