Default Wedding Portrait

This is one of the shots from the first wedding that I shot a few weekends ago, along with a more experienced photographer. I put both of our names on here, but this particular shot was all mine.

Just wanted your general thoughts about tones, composition, and anything else you think is pertinent to the discussion. Thanks in advance for your comments.

I guess I am old fashioned as I would like to see all of her face, I would like it if her eyes were open and I would like it if she were posed holding some flowers.

The toning and lighting are nice but i agree with the pp, more of her face would be nice, it looks like the photo has a part cut off and is distracting.
I dont think you need the whole face but a litte more would make it look complete.

I kind of like it the way it is...makes it kind of mysterious. If this were your only shot of the bride then I'd have a problem, but I'm sure that's not the case. The only nit that bothers me a little is that hint of a reflection to her left side.

I love the tones, her expression, and the lighting from the window. I don't like her being cut in half. Maybe if some of the right side was cropped off it would look better, but right now it looks like the image is cut in half, half the bride and half window.

Would be really nice if half of her face wasn't cut off as much.
You see more of the window than the bride herself...
Also maybe having her looking out the window smileing holding her boquet!

But the color I love and the contrast.
To me that is perfect...

Benji is just being old so ignore him. lol Just kiddin' Ben! I like the shot. I like everything about it ACCEPT; them names on the bottom gotta go - this is a wedding shot and they're probably going to hang it on a wall that'll only be seen by them. The names really aren't needed or, a lot smaller...

I'm guessing the watermark is simply for web purposes. I like the shot. Composition is nice, tones are nice. I'd like to see the full res to see if there is any noise in the darker areas, but otherwise, I'd be happy with it.

I really like the image. Leaves a little to the mind, makes me consider the image as a whole. Love the tones and the glass is really interesting with the gentle reflection of the lady.

I like the tones and the composition but I would like her eyes open or at least a more relaxed expression on her face. Nice shot though
