What do you think about the photo as far as the exposure and especially the bright spots on her arms?

The image does appear a bit overexposed and also fairly cool in temperature. In regards to the bright spots, it's as if there isn't enough contrast between the background and the arms. This lends to the washed out look and the blown out highlights.

It looks pretty good to me. It may bet a little bright, I would just lower the exposure on her a bit.
