I'd have cropped it so we could see the skateboard thou.

Looks like what I was going to say has been said, so I wont say "wheres the skate board"

So instead I will say that to me it seems like a lot of light in the background but the child looks like shes in shade? maybe some fill flash or reflected light back onto her to brighten her up a bit..... and wheres the skateboard
