Lighting Test With Erica

I made a ghetto beauty dish around a year ago, and never tried it out on anyone till last night.

Erica came over for dinner, and I thought I'd try it out on her. Other than fixing a few blimishes, its SOOC. I didn't even crop it.

Dish was camera left facing as close to straight on as I could without it getting in the frame. I had a second light camera right around 6 foot behind her at about a 45 degree angle with a 20 degree grid.

I kinda like the catch lights it put out, and her eyes really were that white.

Looking for critique on lighting, and anything else you want to put out.

Very nice. BD are great modifiers. Love the catchlights, exposure looks good. White balance too. Even though the WB looks right I might warm it up a tad but thats me.
I might bring the dish higher next time, shift some of the side shadow down a tad and raise the catchlight location in her eye. If you either move the BD in or shoot it at higher power (and coorespondingly change your exposure) you should be able to get that catchlight to be a nice big circle - if you like that sort of thing. So long way around to say this is a very nice image as is!
