Default First baby photo shoot

Ok, sorry just found out that using outside site links like flicker or Picasa is frowned on and is better to post directly to site so here is one of the baby photos.

Critique I'm looking for is positioning, lighting - tried to add back/rim lighting but it might be too soft and any thing I could have done better overall.

ISO: 100
Exposure: 1/125 sec
Aperture: 3.2
Focal Length: 59mm
Flash Used: Yes

I did my first baby photo shoot and I think it came out pretty good.

Critique I'm looking for is positioning, lighting - tried to add back/rim lighting but it might be too soft and any thing I could have done better overall.

I used a black background
Camera Canon 50
Lense - 24 - 70mm f2.8 L
Flash Canon 530 EX with a gary fong cloud difuser

ISO: 100
Exposure: 1/125 sec
Aperture: 3.2
Focal Length: 59mm
Flash Used: Yes

Link to all the photos - Picasa Web Albums - Al Guzman - savada

all the exposer, Iso, etc information is on the more link for each photo in Picasa.

Thank you

Good focus and some nice captures, but I would add some hair light next time. Her head fades/blends into the background .

Updated by adding the photo directly to my post so you don't have to leave the site to view.

You can consider this sample crop to avoid the hair light issue:

Don't know who told you not to use Flickr or Picasa....actually Flickr is quickly becoming the preferred way to post here. Many don't like thumbnails because it's a pain to open them (I know it takes all of 3 seconds, unless you're on dial up, but hey that adds up over time Read the sticky about posting for help on how to do it properly (re: link, size etc)
