One of the things I have noticed is that her face is partial covered by the pillow which takes a bit away from the composition, something I will work on in my next photo.

First, if you will do a search on this site for "flickr" you will find instruction on how to post images from there. You had already done the hard part, all you needed to do was copy and paste a URL and flickr with generate that for you; you just need to know where to find it.
As for the photo; I congratulate you on slowing down to compose an image. This is something I still struggle with after many years in photography. As a matter of fact, I have now gone to the other extreme to slow down as much as I possibly can. I set up my camera and carefully think about the composition. Then I stop and just look at the scene for a mintue and think about what I am hoping to communicate. Then, and only then, do I press the shutter. Do this produce great shots? Sometimes. Are they better than the ones I just point and shoot? Not necessarily.
The fact is, it's great to think through your shots, but its even better to train your instincts so that even your point and shoots turn out good.
