Default Added a 3rd Light

I received my optical trigger, so I now have a hair light in play...

How does the lighting on this shot look? I think I should turn up the hair light a wee bit, what do you think? Right now I have a main camera left, reflector camera right, hair light and back ground light.

Also, does the exposure seem ok to you?

Thanks for any help & direction you can provide.

Patrick

I think the exposure is fine to just a tad bit hot. Your hair light is probably a little under powered...but it is kind of a personal preference about how much it should be evident. The main effect is to give some separation to the head from the background and add some depth. Here it is lighting skimming his hair and betweem that and the fill light, he has nice separation from the background. I myself might turn it up a tad more. Overall this is very nice.

i think the biggest problem with this shot is the "canada" shirt. i love crosby (i'm a big pens fan) but he kinda ruined it for the U.S. :P
