I would like to know if the exposure and focus is ok in this shot?

Exposure and focus look good to me. It does, however, look like the flash did fire - the telltale pinlights centered in the eyes and reflection on the lips, as well as pretty flat light. Did you do any smoothing? Her hair seems to have lost a lot of texture. Adorable little one!

I see four catchlights in her left eye. The brightest is dead center from what appears to be the pop up camera flash. A slightly less bright but larger one at the four o'clock position in her eyes appears to be a silver reflector, or possibly a window, but windows are usually above the subject not below them. There are two more but they are quite small and insignificate.

The image is flat lit and does not look like it was lit by window light and a reflector.
