Default To Crop or Not to Crop

Would like some advise on whether I should crop this photo or not. Not sure that the space on the top is a little to much. But then again, I'm not sure that cropping wouldn't take away from the landscape of where the photo was taken.

I like the first one because you can still see enough of the tree to get the idea of where we were when taking the photos.

I like the original as much as the crops, but I think the 1st crop would be best
