Default Does this work?? Thoughts?

I recently did a maternity shoot. I always like to include some sort of piece either a storyboard or something. I saw this and thought it was cute, I am just not sure what I think of it. Does it work? Maybe with a border all around it? I am just not sure there's something about it that I am thinking it's prob not going to work. Any thoughts good or bad?

Thanks!

I do like the photo. I'm not sure if I would have selected green, though. Also, I would try adding a soft focus effect in post-processing to see how it looks.

Nice job!

Thanks! I actually changed the green to a gold. The baby's room is green so I wanted something to match, now I am just going to use a complementary color. I am going to try the soft focus effect. I also resized her belly and made that fill up the whole frame so that white point is out.

Thanks for commenting, I really appreciate it.

I would probably not have put a heart under the word and I agree with soft focus effect.

removing the green line and a bit of soft focus would do the most of the job. Also decreasing the saturation would make photo more pleasant

Just a personal reaction but I'm not sure about the fingertips being obscured by the caption...

Surprised.

That was just for purposes of putting it online. In real life I am not going to have that there at all.

I like the modified with the exception of the crop. I like the crop and width of the strip better in the first.
