Another one of my weekly maternity shots!
My questions is about focus. I am taking these myself and my lens is manual focus only, which is very hard to use with self portraits. I have been practicing a lot and this is the best one I've had so far. Is the focus sharp enough? Is it focused in the right place? Also, how does the B&W look? I took this in yucky indoor lighting so I converted it to B&W to combat the yellowish white balance. Any other helpful critique welcome. Thank you! ![]() EXIF Nikon D49 50mm Aperture: f/2.0 Exposure: 0.1 sec (1/10) Focal Length: 50 mm ISO: 200 Flash: No Flash Exposure Mode: Manual White Balance: Incandescent Focus: Manuel

Great image, but the right hand side is spoilt, crop it out.
The focus looks great, you seem to have sussed it. |

The right side is a wall. I thought it was a cool frame, but maybe not. :-) I'll crop it out, thanks.
I don't want to sound ignorant but, what does 'sussed' mean?

I think the focus looks good, your face looks a little bit dark. And I love that top, you look very pretty. These pictures will be so great to look back on, I wish I had done that when I was pregnant!
