Default My girl in B/W

I'm working on learning b/w conversions. And I'm curious how I'm doing? The original one is on my flickr, with some other conversions I have been doing. Please critique the conversion and anything else you feel like. LOL

Thanks!

Well Im certainly not qualified to give a critique but to me it looks great, nice shot and the black and white looks good. the contrast isnt too high and personally I like that in this shot.

This is perfect in my opinion. Great contrast. Not too dark, not to bright. Lovely expression. All around a great b+w!

Thanks for commenting guys and the compliments! I always don't know what to think when there are 100 and some views and no comments. LOL I'm on a black and white kick lately and I wanted to make sure I was getting it right.
