Default Crop advice on portrait

Hi, I would like some advice as to people's preferred crop on this portrait. I prefer the wider crop, with more of the models hair etc, but I think the closer crop is "technically" more correct. What do you think?

General feedback also appreciated on light, comp and post-prod.

Thanks!

huh, i must be a hair guy...i like the first one. I do wish there was a bit more contrast between the colors of the hair and the background but regardless, very nice.

I say a SLIGHTLY tighter crop of the first one, making sure to get rid of the tiny bit of arm showing through in the bottom left of the picture.....I like the hair too.

It's all a matter of taste, but for me, I would move the frame on the cropped photo a bit down and a bit to the right. Rather show the whole ear and skip the little bit of hair on the top, than the opposite.

But, I really like tight crops and use to cut away most of the forehead to focus on the face, especially the eyes.

I like the closer crop, too. It makes the blue in her eyes stand out a bit more. Nice shot.

I much prefer the first shot!

It has such a beautiful organic flow to it....as in the curl of her hair at the top down to her face makes a soft S shape that is mimicked in the bedding. That really draws the eye in.

I like the first one too for the same reason. It's all kind of swirly and sensuous.
