Default Terrible tweens...

My daugther is 11 yo turning 16. This is a picture I took of her one evening, it was raining a bit, and she was not happy about it. It's a little soft and fuzzy. However I was thinking it worked due to the mood of the picture. Should I sharpen it up some, or does it work soft? How is the composition of it?

Boy do I know about moody tweens!! I think you captured a nice mood here. The white balance seems to be a bit off and it looks underexposed, but converted to black and white I think it would look great.

Thanks for commenting. I think I will try to toy with it some, as you can see I didn't have much room to lighten it up when I took it. It was definitely one of those rainy PNW afternoons.

I think the colors are ok to show the mood of the subject. I just wish that you filled the frame with your subject.

The color looks fine to me. I agree, filling the frame would have been a better composition. You could crop to have her fill the frame.
