Default Years passed by

I had taken this photo bit underexposed.Then ortonized it using picasa.Not very sure whether i can put it up here.Moderators please excuse and if required direct to the required section.
EXIF of original shot:

Focal length 77.2mm
Shutter speed 1/2000s
Aperture f/4.5
ISO 100
Sony DSC-H7.

How do you feel the photo is composition wise?Is my under exposing ok.This is the first attempt at ortonizing a photo,so comments on that also required.

I am not sure that the Orton effect suits this photo. I think it is too soft and blurry, makes it look like you took it with a small cell phone, rather than a good camera like the one you actually used. Maybe if you can post the original SOOC version?
