Default Studio Lighting Self Portrait

I have finally got some flash strobes and have put them to good use, i had 2 strobes on 1/2 power at on either side of myself plus one front on just to the left of the camera. The settings on the camera are
Olympus E520
Shutter Speed 1/160
F stop F22
ISO 100
Focal 25mm
Flash Did not fire

I would love some critique on the lighting and the composition of this photograph please.

Thankyou so much for your help

I think the lighting is good. The picture is plenty sharp. The pose looks comfortable and relaxed. I think it is a tad bit hot so you might want to cut the exposure back a little. Nicely done.

I like the lighting. One thing. Not sure if is the dress or your nipple but whatever is on your breast is taking from your face. Just my opinion as an honest man.

Nice pose, however maybe slightly too tightly cropped at the botom next to your hand and to the right, next to the visible elbo. Not sure what the the line is cutting across the shot it nicks your so is a little distracting. You look very comfortable and the pose as I said is good. Dont know if its my screen, but your face especially looks a little over exposed, do you have a flash/light metre to the exposure better?
The guys above mentioned the "nipple" shadow on the dress, this could do with cloning out, if it wasn't intended. Nice self portrait, not easy to do... TFS
