Pentax SMC A 28-80mm lens

I've just purchased a Pentax SMC A 28-80mm lens as a general walk around lens. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this lens and if you could post any pictures taken with this lens. I've tried google, but with no luck.

Just recieved this lens in the e-mail only it turned out to be a Takumar-A and not the Pentax SMC as descibed on e-bay. I checked the picture again and yes the pentax lens was pictured. Now I have to foot the bill to send the lens back NOT HAPPY! Can anyone suggest a general walk around lens?

Everyone has a different opinion of what makes a good walkabout lens. I like the DA 40mm Limited, although if I didn't have that I might also consider the DA 35mm Macro Limited for the added close-focusing versatility.

That 28-80mm is really reasonably priced at B&H as well. For me my fav is the 16-45mm f4.0. Does pretty good close portrait type shots at the 45, 16 is also pretty wide for outdoors and it just has a nice look. Not priced like the 28-80 but a great lense.
