Been spending an unreasonable amount of time at work reading through a PMA rumors thread and boy was that a mistake. I'm not a patient person by nature, and I absolutely want everything I'm reading out. And I want it NOW.

A wonderful camera for the price, now selling in Australia for around $700 though I got mine body only for $500 would you believe. Sealed and can clean in camera the sensor,
take a photo of the sensor and shows any spec if any and can shake them off! Regards Singalong.

How timely this post for me! I just got a used K10D on eBay. It's in the mail. (Wanted to get a Nikon D-90, but the prices were not in line with someone that just lost their job). I also got a Tamron 70-300 Di, and an SMC Pentax A22mm f2.8.
Have been out of any serious photography for over twenty years, and was very nervous about getting a camera again. (I do have a Sony DSC-717.) Reading this post, and some others has made me feel better about my choice, and that's a comfort. Now I just have to decide on a learning course, and hopefully me old brain will kick in and I can take some good photos again. When I'm in the market for anything over $5, I look on eBay. So far, things have worked out well with buying there. I'm new to posting here, and this is my first post anywhere on the site, but I LOVE this site! Last edited by Downy; 02-06-2009 at 04:29 AM. |
