They'd probably work (if they are k-mount, they do) but you might be better off getting genuine Pentax lenses. The build quality and optical forumula can't be beat. They are just as cheap. Check out KEH.com for their used pentax lenses. The old ME super would be nice to have sitting around in case you want to shoot film.

your thoughts on this??

"I have a Pentax SF10 35mm camera with a Takumar F-zoom 70 - 200 mm lens and a Takumar F-zoom 28 - 80 mm lens. Comes with a carrying case and camera book. Very good condition and takes excellent pictures. $125. "

The takumar lenses are mostly m42 (screw) mount, meaning you will need an adapter. These may happen to be K mount and would work as is. They are also not coated with the pentax smc coating and will not be nice anywhere near the sun.

I was hoping for the price to snag the zoom lens but it definately doesn't sound worth it. Thanks for your help!
