    Default Faithful Annie

    Avro Anson MK1 MH-120, is the only wartime Anson in flying condition, the other two a MK19 and MK21 being post war examples.

    It is painted to represent Aircraft 'B' of No. 206 Squadron RAF. It was built in 1943 at A.V. Roe & Company's shadow factory in Yorkshire and also served with the RAAF.

    Thanks pbailey68, there are only three flying examples, two in the UK and now this one here in NZ - I hope it's here to stay after its ten year restoration.
