Default Zoo Trip

We took our Granddaughter to the zoo today.
Here are a couple of shots. I haven't gone through all of them yet.

Golden Eagle

Lioness

Absolutely beautiful, Lynne! What lens were you using (or were you in the cages with these guys?

Thank you Alphasco.

They had the Eagle out on display when we first walked into the zoo.
The lioness I took through the glass. I was pretty pleased that you couldn't tell. I put it right up onto the glass.
I used my Nikon 55-200 VR Lens.

Wow both shots are AMAZING! The composition is great and they look so clear, great job at the zoo. The eagle needs to be on the front of a magazine or somethin lol.

Those are nice shots. Our zoo isn't conducive to those kinds of shots. The habitats look natural enough but they are also pretty large and the animals tend to shy away (go figure).
Despite that, it is a cool enough zoo.
