Few attempts of capturing fireworks from Vancouver's Celebration of Light festival last night. I was pleased with a few of them but overall I wasn't too happy. I was further away than I thought I would have been. Luckily there's another three nights of the festival for me to practice with. Any comments, feedback or advice greatly appreciated.

Hello again. Since the 2010 Boston 4th of July fireworks photos I posted back in July were so popular, I figured I'd post some new shots from the same event. I have found that 4000K white balance (if shooting JPEG) seems to work best on reproducing the colors of the fireworks (and it also works well for incandescent lights at night.) Hope you like these as much as the first set.

1) Blue streaks, etc.

2) Twin Stars

3) White showers

Thanks for looking!
