Fill Flash setting in Nikon D80

Hi

I am a bit confused with the flash setting in my Nikon D80

Does anyone know - how to set the flash setting so that I can get a Fill Flash on demand

Im assuming we're talking the built in.

The flash can be adjusted using flash exposure compensation by holding the flash button (on the left side of the viewfinder) and scrolling the front wheel either left or right. You can also adjust the flash to fire normally, with red-eye reduction and as a rear curtain.

Fill flash is generally fairly weak, but it can be strong, depending on what youre shooting. You'll want to check and adjust, though.
