Default lens reflections

Im a new poster and i hope i am doing it right. If not please let me know.
but my question is, how do i stop these lens reflections? I get them all the time with lights, and i hate them.

That is some very strange flare.

I'm going to guess you have a UV, skylight or other filter on the lens?

Take off your filter.

These reflections occur between your sensor and your filter. Light reflecting from the shiny surface of the sensor would normally just exit out the front of the lens, but the flat surface of the filter re-reflects the light back into the lens. This is why many people, including myself, do not use a "protective" filter. For your daylight shots, the same reflection is probably reducing the contrast in your photos.

Using a quality multi-coated filter will reduce the effect considerably. If you insist on using a filter, buy a good one.

I think it was a UV filter.
I didnt know a UV filter, or any filter could do that.

Throw uv filter away and use lens cap for protection,and a lens hood to control flare

Filters add one more layer of glass (well, two surfaces, actually) for lens flare to come up.
