Default Photographing a Brewery

I am going to a local brewery tomorrow to do a documentary shoot for a class assignment. Just wondering if anyone had any tips that might help me out for tomorrow. I know some of the shots I want to get, like some of the ingredients that are used and the process, to some final tap and beer shots, but other then that I am not sure. This is my first real attempt at doing something like this so any suggestions would be great.

If you're looking for some artistic shots as well, I would take some time to photograph the tubes and (usually) very shiny vats used in the process. You could probably get some interesting lines and reflections.

Also, chances are that you'll need a fairly fast lens, since you'll be indoors under standard indoor lighting, which is notoriously bad for getting decent shutter speeds.

Good idea, thanks for the idea.

I have a 50mm 1.4 that should be fine. I am also bringing my light stand and strobe for more of the still life type shots I plan on doing.
