Default Best way to limit fogging?

Okay, so here in Alabama it is starting to get cold in the morning and evenings. I would like to try some extended evening/morning exposures, and also would like to shoot some sunrises and sun sets. The one issue I know that will be coming is the fogging of either the lens and/or inside the camera body on the mirror. Does anyone of any recommendations to either limit this or to quicken climitizing the camera to the outside environment? Thanks for the help.

"fogging" or condensation should only happen when you change the temperature very rapidly (+/- several dozen degrees in an instant). You shouldnt have to worry too much about it.
