Rose:

I just came back from the beach and I can feel your pain! But what I did was to place my camera in a big ziploc bag directly before I left my hotel room. Then I would let the bag warm up outside while the condensation stays on the bag and off my camera. Then after a few minutes, I take my camera out and no fog! My camera did not fog up once I took it out of the bag. I hope that this helps you.
