Default High or Low key? which is which?

Im a little bit confused about two keys can u show me some good examples of high and then the low key and how to shoot them?

In a nutshell, high key means deliberately overexposed and low key means deliberately underexposed.

A typical high key shot would be a woman's face where you can see the eyebrows, eyes, lips and a hint of her nostrils but lose all the other detail in a mass of white. I haven't got anything quite so glamorous to offer:

On the other hand, this image might be described as low key - just as obscuring but much more moody:
