Default Water Droplet Help

I need some serious help here. Expecially with lighting. I cannot seem to get enough lighting with out using the flash over and over, and then I ran into it getting hot, and was affraid I was going to burn it out. So basically, please give me tips on what I could do to improve. Homemade lighting ideas would be great, and also, I was using my 18-200mm lens zoomed in all the way, should I just use my 18-55mm lens and get closer? And I know I should crop them and I will. Thanks.

Joshua

I have a kitchen sink with a window, that's what I used as my light along with a flash.
Good luck and keep trying.
