Hi Guys
Can someone tell me how some people take nearly 360 degree photographs of landscapes ?? ![]() I mean are they taking a lot of different images on a Tripod each at a different angle then joining them all together using some Computer Software ?? Thanks |

The general rule for panoramas (like the on above) is to take a bunch of pictures and overlapping about 1/3 of the frame for each shot. You'll end up with a whole bunch of images, but it's a much better result.
You can also make a vertical panorama (just tilt the tripod head instead of pan) or you can take vertical shots and make a horizontal pano (each shot is vertical, theyre stitched together). Some software will even allow you to make a 2D pano, allowing you to not only make one row of images, but several.
