Okay i was attempting to take a decent silhouette of my sister anna but i couldn't get any of them to come out right. Any tips on how to fix them?

This probably belongs in the non critique forums...
Ill venture a guess and say that it probably works better if the subject is in between the light source and you.

The problem is that your background is not very evenly lit. You have a bright area in the top left but falls to almost black in the top right. What you should do is move your lights around and point it at the wall instead of pointing at the camera. then meter for the wall and shoot. If there is enough of a difference in the amount of light on the wall and on your subject then you will have your silhouette.
