Default Show your setup!

Folks,

I'm in the process of redesigning my workspace. My wife and I bought a new house and I've been given a full room for my computer, desk, photographs, etc. I would like to arrange it very simply (desk, w/ photos on the wall...) But I am just not very smart when it comes to interior design.

I've been looking for furniture for about 2 months now but I have come up empty handed. I was hoping for some of you folks to snap a picture of your rooms/workspace so I can get inspired and possibly steal a few ideas to make my workspace functional.

I'd post pictures of my current setup but it is simply a desk with bare walls and my iMac on top...

Thanks!

PS - Oh and I thought this is a smart place for this thread because if your like me the more well designed your workspace is the more effective you are at working. If the mods feel this should be moved to another area then by all means...

Here is mine.

Most of my photography is nature and wildlife and much of that is taken from a canoe or kayak.

You seem pretty immersed in your indoor work there, Jim. Such dedication!

If you're married, that would call for hazardous duty pay!

Yup.......been married for 28 years to the same woman. She's trusting. But there are times like this when I wish I wasn't Seriously, if I did something to piss her off, I'd be waiting for that "shot in the dark!"

I love the hat too... Good work Jim. It's kind of cool to see you in your element. Always nice when other photographers take a picture of us photographers. It is not often I get to see myself in pictures because I always seem to be the one taking them!

... and by photographer I mean you... I'm just a beginner.
