I did have full admin rights. I was told the documents and settings is different in win7 than XP. I am not a computer geek at all. I knew it would be a simple fix if one knew what they were doing.

Interesting enough I did have full admin rights, but I'm just not computer geeky enough to figure out how the tech got to the images.

I spent the weekend keywording and placing the 10k images into the proper catalogs. The down side is all the develop data is not attached to the images. Granted, half are family and pet snaps and easy fixes when I get around to it. A third to half of the remaining are just junk from when I was learning and not really worth any effort. There are many mediocre shots worth a little work That leaves maybe 500 or so worth putting work into and I plan on doing that when I have a need or just plain bored.

I'm sure the develop data is still there, it is a matter of knowing what I'm looking for and linking it all back together again. I have a camera club meeting coming up, so I'll ask if there are any LR gurus willing to stop by my house and give me a hand.
