Default Please help! Uploaded photos look like they were painted pink!

I've never had this happen, but bought a Nikon D7000 a couple of months ago. Haven't had a problem until today. Photos look fine in the camera, but the whole batch I just uploaded look like Pink was painted all over the highlighted sections on the people! Has anyone ever experienced this? How do I fix it? Just sick about it!
Here's an example of one of them:

Do the pictures look pink on your computer regardless of the source? Or do they appear normal to you when you browse them on your monitor but look different when you upload them to flickr?

If it's the former, I agree you probably just need to fiddle with the monitor. Or possibly replace it if it's going bad.

Fine here too... if anything, on my monitor, tending to the cool side.

If you're only seeing it in a single application (Lightroom or Photoshop, for instance) you might have turned on highlight warnings and you're losing the red channel in the photos.

If not, it's a problem somewhere in the graphics card -> monitor chain. Reseat the graphics card on the mother board and reseat both ends of the monitor cable first. If that doesn't help, you might need to start replacing hardware.
