Does anyone have any idea why i get a pinky tinge to my pics when i use ND filters?
any thing from 1.5 seconds to 10 seconds. it doesn't always do it, but it does most of the time. I have a nikon d90 and use cokin filters, some times 3 at a time.
Cheers.... Phil

I have read many comments saying Cokin ND filters are not really neutral. The Hi-Tech ones are supposed to be better. B+H has some really good ones, but even their Big Stopper has a magenta cast. You can find reviews online.

I would find members who have posted those long exposure water shots where the water is all smoothed out and ask them for recommendations. I only have a graduated neutral density filter myself, but before I bought my Lee filter, I read that Cokins are not truly neutral.
