I have read so many things online to help me understand it but it is still not working for me. I know not to have the camera on Manual mode and the right metering for it. But when ever i take a photo, the camera take the picture when i release the shutter, or with the set shutter time. I though the AE-L button was to have the shutter stay open until i hit the shutter button again.
I have tried having the AE-L on hold mode that didn't work, and when it is on AE-L only I hit the shutter half way then hit the AE-L/AF-L button (held down) and take the shot, but still nothing, What am I doing wrong. Also the reason I don't want to use Bulb is that I am very shaky so I cant use the normal shutter button even with a tripod. For some reason my remote wont function right with bulb, when i hold down it's button it shoots as if my camera is in multi-shot mode even tho it is not. Edit: this is for a Nikon D3000 Last edited by theScribble; 07-18-2011 at 12:58 AM. |
