How does one create this look?

I hope I am posting this in the right place. I am new here and to photography. I like the look or effect of this photo. I think it has kind of a yellow tint.


This next one, the middle picture I think is what I am talking about, but less distorted than the top one.

Hi and welcome!
So you want to get the tint...2 ways:
in camera via a mismatch of color temperature and in post by adjusting the white balance.
In camera you would have your white balance set to daylight but be shooting indores with incandescent lights. That method won't work outside or with other bulb types).
In post is east, just adjust the white balance until you get the desired effect. There are also probably a dozen other ways to tint an image to get a similar coloring.

Thank you for the response. I think I can do either of those. I know where the white balance on my camera is, so I will definitely play with that. As for post, I will have to find in photoshop where the white balance is. But I love playing around with photoshop! I am new to that as well so I did not know how to do that yet. Yay!
