A much faster shutter speed, and putting your camera on continuous shooting should help. You may need to bump up your ISO quite a bit to get the right shutter speed if you don't have enough light.

You need more light, and a faster shutter speed.
An off camera flash would greatly improve things, try between 45 - 90 degrees to the camera. Aperture depends on how much DOF you want as does focal length. Just keep trying different settings untill all the milk or oreos are gone. |
