Question What should be camera settings?

Hi, I have Canon 7D camera. I want to know what should be the settings of camera (Picture Style) to get this type of skin tones (See sample photos) in studio environment.

I was told by someone that picture style should be Portrait with Contrast -2 and Tone +1. I tried to shoot with these settings but haven't got this type of results.

Please help. In simple language, I want to shoot like this with my 7D and Elinchrom FX 400 Ri studio lights. Please let me know what camera setting I should go for?

Thanks in advance.

Here are sample photos (which are not taken by me):

As I look at these images, I feel that the camera settings have been put to CS5

Joking aside, these are heavily edited photos, and what settings were used at the time the photo was taken are rather inconsequential

edit:

I should add that they are well exposed, well lit and color balanced. After you set up your lights to your liking and have a good exposure with an appealing lighting ratio (these appear to be key light & fill light (notice the double catch lights?) with a 1:1 ratio and a hair & perhaps bg light.), shoot a grey card in the first frame to pull your wb from for the rest of the set. WB will not change in studio

Thanks Scoot. One more question...

Do you think soft focus filter has been used in these photos?

I seriously doubt it. If you look at the eyes, they are sharp. I am guessing that a Gaussian blur has been painted on the face as part of skin smoothing, but there was no filter used in the actual capture of the image.
