Default help with a wrong shooted pic

hi, i have a very important photo, in one of the reunion with my friends from "la batu stone"
the photo is spectacular for me, but the bad thing is that i didn't took it, it was took by one of my friends, who doesn't know anything about photography, and the pic has a lot of noise, colour noise, and i really need to fix it, because i have several copys to print and sell, one of them is for my bedroom, so i want to know how can i fix it.

Fail?.... ah I see it now. How big are you going to print it? Because I don't think it would do well at a larger size :/

Weird. I can see the attachment when I'm not logged in but when I log in, the attachment disappears.

Yeah, I fully agree there. Unfortunately, I don't think this one is salvageable for anything larger than a 4x6 (and even there may not be that great.) It looks like it started out very under-exposed and then got all the noise as it was brightened.

It did the same for me; no link till I logged out (and then when I clicked the link, it wanted me to log back in before showing the pic. Log back in and the link disappears from the message again.)
