Default Small Clouded Circle In My Shots

Hi All,
So the other day while editing HDR pics in CS5, I noticed a small cloudy circle in the middle of my photos. Anyone know what causes this?

A sample pic would be helpful. Could be dust on the sensor or maybe a little lens flare. Were you shooting into a light?

+1. Does sound like either sensor dust or lens flare, and yes, please do post a photo.
