Hey everyone,
I'm fairly new to the world of dSLR's but i've been shooting tons of pictures and trying out all sorts of techniques that i read about all over the web, including this website. However, my question is, how do i achieve a higher number of shots in burst mode with my nikon d5000? I have a class 10 memory card (san disk extreme) and a nikon 55-200 entry level lens. I don't know all the ins and outs of the hardware for dSLR's but my conclusion at this time is that my lens is limiting my burst shooting to 5 shots. I've read articles and reviews on the web about people getting 17 RAW shots with burst mode and i'm wondering why they can get that and i can only get 5. Snowboarding season is coming up and i'd like to have this figured out by the time the snow starts falling. Thanks for any replies. |

Do you have long exposure noise reduction on?
